Contract for Tables at The Real Wilmington Gun Show

Dates:
Saturday, July 12 - Sunday, July 13, 2008

Set up Times:
Friday: 12:00 noon - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 8:55 a.m.

Show Times:
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday


In consideration for ________ tables at this show, I agree to abide by the promoters rules and regulations of the show, especially pertaining to the sale of any firearm, and the sale of any handgun.

Rules:

Firearms will only be transferred in compliance with NC General Statues, pertaining to obtaining a Pistol Purchase Permit from the buyer before the sale and transfer is completed.

I further agree that all firearms will be secured in a manner to demonstrate the action is open, clear and safe. (All long guns (rifles and shotguns) will be secured in the same manner.)

I further agree to comply with common sense rules for safe gun handling. I understand that should I violate any of these rules, I may be immediately ejected from the show with no recourse.

I agree to remain set up at the show for the duration of both days. I agree to display only firearms or firearms related items, and I will offer no items deemed by the show promoters to be "Flea Market" items, such as tee shirts, food or snack items, dolls, reproduction signs, jewelry of any type, coins or fantasy or junk knives, rubber band guns and blow guns or dart guns.

I understand the cost of this show is $35.00 per table, due and payable on confirmation of reservation for this show.

Tables will be available from 10:00AM Friday, July 11, 2008 until 7:00PM same day and 7:00AM until 8:45 AM Saturday, July 12, 2008.

Tables not set up before 9:00AM, 07/12/2008 will be forfeited.

No refunds will be given unless documented emergency i.e.: illness or death in family prevents attendance.
